Getting here
The Glades is located in the heart of Bromley town centre and is easy to get to however you intend to travel.
To make things easier, you'll find a guide to getting here by most forms of transport. We’ve also provided links for journey planners to help you plan your journey if you’re travelling by public transport, car or bicycle.

All car parks remain open for 45 minutes after centre closing times.

Monday-Wednesday 07.30 am - 6.45pm
Thursday 07.30 am -9.45pm
Friday 07.30 am -6.45pm
Saturday 07:30 am - 6.45pm
Sunday 09:00am – 5.45pm
Car Park rate is £1 per hour, payment methods are cash and credit card only. 6+hours is a standard charge of £10.
LOST TICKETS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE FULL DAILY RATE OF £10
Please note that the Pavilion car park (situated in the entrance from Kentish Way on the left hand side) is open from 6am to Midnight Monday to Sunday.

The Glades’ Shopmobility service is now run by Scooter & Mobilitymart designed to make shopping easier for anyone with mobility problems - whether you're registered disabled or just temporarily out of action, their friendly team will offer you a warm welcome.
The company was formed in 2002, when the first branch was opened in Blackfen, Sidcup. In the last seven years they have had phenominal growth and have added additional branches in Dartford.

The Glades has a responsibility to all visitors to provide a shopping environment that is acceptable to everyone. The Glades wishes to project an atmosphere that does not offend any visitor’s values or beliefs and therefore upholds the code of conduct, which reflects socially acceptable behaviour.

Glades Gift Cards
The Glades Gift Card works in the same way as other MasterCard, Maestro banking cards and can be used at participating retailers that accept MasterCard Maestro. You can deposit up to £1,000 on a single card and it can be used as many times as you like until the balance has been exhausted.

Customer facilities
At the Glades, we do everything we can to help your shopping day go without a hitch, but we pride ourselves on the high level of Customer Services we have to offer.
Information Points
If you have any queries or problems whilst visiting the centre, please call in at our Customer Service Desk on the upper mall opposite Hobbs or our Customer Service Desk on the lower mall by Debenhams, where staff are happy to help. Illuminated directory boards are also positioned throughout the centre to help find your favourite stores.
Our helpful, friendly staff are on-hand throughout the main Centre trading hours for directions, information about the Glades, future activities, as well as a knowledge hub for general enquiries and the sale of Glades Gift Cards.
Don’t forget - our trained security staff are always in attendance and are happy to give you assistance.
