Lost Property
Have you lost or found anything at the Glades? If so, please contact a member of our customer service team on 0208 466 8899.
Alternatively you can visit one of the customer service desks on level 1 by Debenhams or level 2 by Starbucks.
Public toilets & baby changing facilities
If you need the toilet, you never have to go too far at the Glades. Customer toilets are conveniently located on the lower mall by Boots and car park level 2, accessible on the lower mall by the lifts opposite Marks & Spencer or via the lifts and escalators next to Café Giardino on the upper mall.
Baby Changing Rooms / Mothers Feeding Area
Private and hygienic baby feeding and changing facilities are available for visitors with young children.
They are situated on the lower mall next to Boots and in our state of the art facilities on Car Park Level 2, which includes cubicles to accommodate pushchairs.

There are several other banks within the High Street which all offer ATM services.
Getting ready for your holiday is as much fun as going away, as long as you’ve planned it right. The M&S Bureau de Change can help with a wide range of currencies with excellent exchange rates updated daily so that you always get a great deal.
No commission is charged on foreign currency or foreign currency travellers’ cheques, and only 1% on Sterling Travellers’ Cheques. Located on the upper level of M&S.

Clean Air Shopping
We have a strict NO smoking policy to create a better environment for everyone at the Glades.
There are many benefits:
Cleaner, fresher more relaxed shopping for everyone, no discomfort for asthmatics, no risk of burns to children, no risk of burnt clothing and no risks to expectant and nursing mothers.
It is against the law to smoke in The Glades.
Meeting Point
If you become separated from your family or friends whilst shopping, the Customer Service Desk on the lower mall is the designated meeting point. Please ask a member of staff or the Security Team for directions.
Child Safe Shopping
The Glades has a Child Safe Shopping scheme to help minimise upset and panic should your child go missing. On entering the Glades you can collect a wristband from Customer Services on which you write your mobile number and attach it to your child's wrist. A member of staff finding the child can then quickly make a call to let the guardian know their child is found. Families should look out for the smiley orange balloon stickers in Child Safe Zones throughout the Glades displaying the helpline number 08444 48 42 26. Anyone losing sight of a child in their care or any shopper finding a lost child can call the number on the sticker to speak directly to the security team.
Lost / Stolen Credit Cards
In the unfortunate event that you lose or have your cards stolen, please visit the Customer Service Centre on the lower mall by Tie Rack or the Upper mall by Hobbs. Both desks have a list of telephone numbers for you to call the relevant contacts.
Other Services
Photocopying, faxing, postage stamps, laminating and Wedding Cards are all available at the Customer Service Desk on the upper mall.
