STORM BROMLEY DO IT AGAIN
Staff at the Storm store in Bromley are celebrating their second year of winning a competition naming them as the store that provides the best customer service at the Glades Shopping Centre.
The centre’s Store Wars competition which won a Purple Apple Merit in 2008 is popular with retailers with competitive spirit high amongst retailers. Director of the Storm store, Ian Markwell commented:
“For STORM (Bromley) to win Store Wars for a 2nd consecutive year is amazing, as we were once again up against some great stores this year.
It shows that a growing number of our loyal customers continue to go out of their way to tell others about our passion for outstanding customer service - they clearly voted in high numbers again this year.
It’s important that people know how committed we are to truly standing out from the crowd, in terms of our products and our service - Store Wars provides a great opportunity to do this.
The competition was launched in July when customers were invited to nominate stores they believed has provided them with customer service that went above and beyond. Finalists were then selected with voting taking place throughout August and September. Storm were announced as the winners at a celebratory dinner attended by all finalists.
Marketing Manager, Maria Cooper said, “Store Wars has gone from strength to strength and is now a much coveted prize. We are proud of the standard of customer service offered throughout the centre and the high amount of entries this year proved that our customers appreciate it too.”
