- Service charge charter including audited service charges
- 2001 removal of the 330 seat food court replaced by International
Fashion retailer Zara
- 2006 – Stage 1 development complete bringing 2 brand new lifts in replacement of the staircase opposite Marks & Spencer and brand new baby change, mother feeding area, men, ladies and disabled toilets to Car Park Level 2
