The malls at the Glades are expected to be a sea of claret and blue on Saturday 5 September, as supporters from Selhurst Park visit the Crystal Palace Roadshow.

Kicking off at 9am in the lower mall of Central Atrium, the event will provide footie fun all day at the Glades, with a variety of games, competitions and prizes. Stars from the club’s first team squad will also make special guest appearances – signing autographs and posing for photos with fans – between 1.00pm and 2.30pm.

Football fans of all ages can test their skills with a penalty shoot-out fastest shot contest. There will also be the chance for Eagles supporters to buy the new season’s Nike kit, with the roadshow’s club shop selling a wide range of football gear and promotional items.

The club’s mascots – giant feathered friends, Pete and Alice – will be on the malls to meet and greet Palace fans. The roadshow team will also be promoting the Crystal Palace Academy, through which the Championship side develops its young talent at grassroots level.

Says the Glades’ Marketing Manager, Maria Cooper, “We’re really delighted to be hosting this event. The Glades often has events for the ladies, so it’s great to be offering something that will interest the lads.”
